Schematic shows circuit makeup of an Instant Start type Ballast, used for Cold Cathode emission [starting and operation] of a T8 Fluorescent Bipin lamp.

This Ballast can start and operate typical T8 Rapid Start Bipin lamps. The Ballast currently used for T8 Bipin RS lamps is Non-Magnetic [Electronic].
