Mike, there are over 38,000 NZ electrical workers licenced on the EWB Register, which is a legal NZ requirement for any person carrying out electrical work of any description, for pay or reward.
The Register is open to view by the general public and employers on-line or by direct contact, since its purpose is to protect NZ citizens from untrained persons creating possible hazards. Even a trained and fully accredited electrical worker can be prosecuted by the EWB if they carry out such paid work without first being registered.
Sorry, but as it stands, from the viewpoint of a citizen or prospective employer, you do not have any NZ practicing electrical licences, since you are not on the EWB Register.

Mike, sad the EWRB have chosen to overlook your credentials, but not surprising in the least.
We are only important when we end up on "Target" or have our names published in the Electron magazine.
Your inspectors tickets negates any need for the electricians ticket, can't comment on the line mechanics.
Yes i have lunch every day in a different part of the city, and have as long as i like. Absolutely know what you mean

Yes, get 'em sorted Mike, your posts I've read over the past 2 years show you have an outstanding and wide-ranging expertise. The EWB site is pathetic BTW, like most sites I visit, full of poorly written and badly presented crap I don't want to know about- and then with no real information available after you have wasted 30 minutes negotiating every nook and stupid corner. Most frustrating!
