i am currently studying at collage, but everything is going to pot.
im supposed to be studying year 2, doing my 16th edition qualifications, but we are still re-viewing year 1's work in year 2 and havent even gon anywhere near studying for our 16th.
i wondered if anybody has full study notes on the 16th regs that i could have a look at, as i need to get through my 16th ASAP due to work requirements.
if anybody has these notes that they could send for me to run through and learn the fine points of it then it would be greatly appreciated. i am a fully compitent electrician, but my 16th would mean a pay rise!.

Adam I'm afraid you won't find too many sympathetic voices on ECN to help you jump the gun in your sudies. Most members have been in the same situation as you and have stuck it out.

If you have a grievance with the way your tutor is handling things then you should take it up with the institution. Maybe theres a reason your tutor is still revising the previous years notes.

If you think you are worth a pay rise then you should ask your boss for one straight away. You might be pleasantly surprised.

The best way of passing this exam is to do previous years exam papers - your college should have plenty. Once you study the exam papers the exam is a doddle as there is a bank of questions.

You'd be amazed what you can pick up in a class below you.
I came off a Line Mechanics Refresher course last week and I thought I wasn't going to
learn a thing.
Well bugger me, it turns out I've been using the wrong span co-efficient (sag) for hard-drawn copper (solid) for the last 5 years, not serious, but silly all the same.
People that complain about bettering themselves worry me.
