Is this an undated April 1st joke or will the long line at the unemployment office soon be filled with electricans?

I think they may have been sniffing Contactum glue !

I don't think we are all about to be out of a job.
The ad referred to in that Contactum link appeared in the March or April 2002 edition of Professional Electrician magazine, around April 1st.
Does that give you any clues?
