Hi, I bought a second hand scanner(CANONSCAN FB320P), and I've found its software free to download in canon website, which is compatible with windows xp (same as mine). but when the download was finish, it didn't run it in my computer, and the following message came: [C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT.] followed by: [THE SYSTEM FILE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR RUNNING MS-DOS AND MICROSOFT WINDOWS APPLICATIONS].
Could you please help me with some information.
Thanks in advance

Hi, I've followed your instructions. I'm slightly happy because the first barrier was open: the message doesn't come any more, but another problem appeared: another window came and asked me to "unzip" the file that I was downloading, which was "s14d_enx.exe", into "C:\WINDOWS\TEMP", so I clicked on "unzip" and it told me that 19 files were unzipped, but that was it! nothing more and my file is not downloaded.
