Explorer with windows 2000 can not unlock the tool bars and all the options are grayed out.

Any one have an Idea??

Hi cpal!,
Have you tried opening thus far?.
View> Toolbars > Lock Toolbars > click to remove tick
are you working Off-Line by any chance?.
