I hope the engineer and fireman were OK. Out here in Thailand, SRT (State Railway Of Thailand) had to stricken several loco off the roster due to damage from grade crossing incident. Take UM12C No. 4049 for example, He' s a fine workhorse of SRT with 40+ years of age, Then in one really hot night he was wrecked in a fiery incident with a gravel truck.

If I'm not mistaken, that's a live sleeve that Linemen wear over each arm when working on live overhead conductors.
Like this:

I'm wondering how the guy in the bucket is planning on getting down.
The arm has lines going over it that seem to be holding up the damaged pole. If he tries coming down the pole and wires will fall on the truck. They will have to shut down the entire grid to get him out.

Oh boy, did someone get lucky. I have done a lot of bucket truck work in my first 2 years as a apprentice. I loved it but my biggest fear was not the voltage but the idiots driveing below that would hit the truck. Im just glad that the lineman made it. PPE all the way !!!!!!

It looks like that pole is pretty twisted, and I bet some of the phases at the least flashed over. It even looks like they're touching from a quick look. The grid probably is already down.
