Here is a picture from a recent inspection. The building owner had decided to modify a walk-in cooler by adding additional insulation on the walls and ceiling.

Problems? Oh I don't know... maybe they were trying to heat things up a bit. Wait.. I thought a cooler was supposed to keep things cold.

Hi Marc...
This building owner was getting a hard time from the health department about the rust on the cooler walls. The solution, use prefabricated fiberglass insulation panels to cover up the walls.

The only problem, they covered up everything including the rust.

Although it is not easy to tell from the dark photo, around that fixture they decided to spray urethane foam insulation around the globe to really seal in the gap.

Tough to change the bulb... I'd say that's an understatement! [Linked Image]
