Just kidding, was this live?

Hopefully it was not a 480 circuit with 277 to ground!!

I know 120 is dangerous and should be coved also but a 277 blast is more likely to do permanent damage.

Its 240V. and yes its live,the starter is for a compresser next to the old RR encl.the pipe runs to the QO panel on the far right.
