This Gem I found at work the outlet was still being used at the time of the photo but later got replaced. 3 computers were pluged into that outlet and the fourth plug went to a home made 4 way with more computers and whats worse that had another homemade 4 way chained to it with even more computers.

You know it's bad when one of those heavy-duty nylon plugs melts right through!!!!

I've seen that happen many times with those types of male cord ends. For some reason the screws do not seem to maintain their tightness and results in a poor connection and lots of heat if there is much of a load.
