Just a few violations in this photo? Would you call it “Convenience outlet in a baseboard heater” or " 'hot' receptacle in more ways than one"?
This is in a plant in New York State. As you can see from the glow of the volt-stick, the outlet is powered. Romex enters the back of the heater housing and is wired directly to the duplex receptacle. When it rains, water seeps under the wall, (this baseboard is on an exterior wall).
