This office building is being resided, stuccoed, new windows, lots of nice stonework and a new waterfall.
I think they should have put in a few dollars for electrical repairs, don't you?

Unfortunately, although there's quite a bit of NM that's been used to "remodel" (wreck) this building, the last picture is a 16-3 extension cord that's had its ends cut off.
The fan was held up only by the drywall screws into the 1/2" plywood...S

The guy that did my brother's condo must have done this building. No boxes for light fixtures, no cable clamps, hot white wires (not the switch traveler), switched neutrals, etc...
