That depends. The temperature within an occupied (properly built(www.igloobuildingcode.com)) Igloo is always 32F. If it was any warmer the Igloo would melt, if it were any cooler the heat from the occupent would bring the temperature up to the maximunm (snow is the perfect insulator). If the occupent were to require temperatures cooler than 32F, then refrigeration equipment would be required

The mention of an Igloo to almost any construction worker in SoCA. would only bring to mind a water jug, or an ice chest.
(but then, last night there were snowball fights in the Watts, Compton, and Willowbrook areas of LA, absolutely unheard of!)
