O K, just for the sake of arguement. The box is not installed parallel to a framing menber, it is installed on a spacer. It is not in an area likely to be penetrated by nails or screws. There would be no reason for someone to be fastening sheathing in that ares. The 2 x 4 spacer moves the wire away from the edge of the framing member. I think it can be argued that it passes.
