Here is an interesting transformer and vault. The vault has no means to lock. Inside is a pole transformer on a rotten pallet. Luckily the house next to it is being demolished and the transformer has to be relocated.

High Pucker Factor and then some. Is this located in the US?

Coming across something like that would give me a heart attack…unless it was one of those “11-year temporaries.”

In the first two frames, could that possibly be NM-B or SEU sagged across the ground into the pit?

This must be a Halloween spoof from those hilarious, always joking “Call Before You Dig” guys.

{If you phone in the first 48 hours, you win a free clown nose and a pack of those illegal-even-in-Louisiana fire crackers.}

The piece of 12/3 UF did not enter the pit. It was coming out of the house going to a garden shed.
The transformer from what I understand was there for quite sometime. Thank goodness it is finally be eliminated. It was a horrific site to say the least.

Based on primary bushing height--looks like roughly 7200V ø-grd.

How much EMF radiation do you get from living that close to one of those things?

Just my luck trying to slide the metal cover off and one corner “dips” into the pit. smirk {A perfect Monday.}
