Bill, the C-10 is the CA Electrical Contractors license alright. If "Mario" has one, it's probably classified as "inactive". There are some contractors around much like him and the Wizard of Oz Scarecrow ("If I only had a brain") [Linked Image]

Who knows, maybe they come to life at night!
If so, he better not pull any shenanigans in front of the security guard, who has a camera lense in one of his eyes.
