The photo might have been shot in AZ, but the truck's from Mexico, where some of the most "creative" electrical work around is performed. Note phone # on side of truck, and on the sign on top.

66', If there is a foundation, it is a structure, so if the wheels are off & its up on concrete blocks or milk crates, I'd call it a structure. Tom
