The photo might have been shot in AZ, but the truck's from Mexico, where some of the most "creative" electrical work around is performed. Note phone # on side of truck, and on the sign on top.

If there is a foundation, it is a structure, so if the wheels are off & its up on concrete blocks or milk crates, I'd call it a structure. [Linked Image]

Bear, you don't have to quote, you can just use the "post reply" thingy. And if you make a mistake or want to change something you use the little pad and pencil icon (small picture) above the messages.
