This semi-abandoned shopping center has several poles missing. it looks like they rusted away at the base and broke off. Anyone want to bet on whether those wires are still live?

Has this been this way for quite awhile? Lookee there, whoever painted the pole base also painted the wire!

I don't know how long, no, I pass this area every couple of days but haven't taken notice. Maybe next time I'll test the wires.
