At least he left you doors, right? Though, he did sort of "miss" with that one covered by the shutter. You almost need a Sawzall to change any breakers on that left-hand buss. [Linked Image]

About the only good thing I can say is that a tool was required to open the louvered door. Unless that drywall screw in the last photo was just a handle...

OK, 2nd pic....what's the black conductor on right that 'droops' accross the breakers and the furring strip????
