Are we looking at Liquidtight Flexible Nonmetallic Conduit?

And I know we are a electrical forum but the post on the left looks substantial so why is it mounted with 5/16" or 3/8" anchors?

Yes, it's LTNMFC!

The post on the left is a card reader, and the one on the right is a fuel dispenser.
(As to the anchors, maybe they don't want to get sued for a bumper when somebody crashes into one??)

I had to spend a month roving to get gas during the remodel of the fleet station.
This is what I saw when I got back.

I could get pictures of guys smoking cigarettes while pumping gas, filling gas cans in the backs of their trucks, 9 guys in a pickup truck, but I just want to get the heck out of there...S

Is the dispenser Gasoline or Diesel fuel??.I've seen worse, at least its not NM feeding the pump

Is it intended that “99NEC370-23(e) Raceway Supported Enclosure” apply to an Article 501 {apparently flammable-vapor?} installation regarding ‘floating’/otherwise-unsupported junction boxes?

It's a diesel dispenser, about 40 feet away from any gasoline.
I still don't think that this is very safe.
The cheesy plastic conduit is gonna get clobbered. Sooner, not later!

Ironically, what this type of installation usually suffers from is an employee seeing it as a step stool to clean, and or relamp the dispenser. Or it would not surprise me to find a driver resting his foot on top while entering his passcode into the card reader. This could be made far safer by use of a cover of some sort.

Is this sort of Non-Metallic Conduit resistant to attack by Diesel fuel?.
It also looks like them cable ties are the type that aren't UV-rated either.
