Well, the generally accepted "Bends equal to five times the conductor of cable diameter" (discounting IGS or other esoteric types) rule is right out the window...
Nice flying splices...
And that pesky "support withing 12" rule"? I suppose that bent-over EMT strap will suffice, huh?
Great pics, Randy!

Thanks Doug! I always wondered how you were supposed to get those big fan controller units to fit... You 86 the box & just use the tension bar from a fan support kit! -Randy

The emt strap is not so hot, but look at the nail hole in the 2nd & 3rd pics!! Right next to where they don't have a box. This must be his other way of strapping NM cable Is that a 2 screw connector terminating the LT flex in the 1st pic?

Scott, I think its a rigid compression connector, or else its just missing the piece that threads into the LT & the plastic ring that fits on the outside of the LT flex It's half falling out of this connector even though the pic doesnt show it very well... -Randy

In the last picture, is that a flourescent light fixture ballast?
Is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?

Electikid,
It's an add-on remote control unit for a ceiling fan.
