What's with the coiled cable behind the tank?
What's in the j-box on the wall behind the tank?
What's the raceway for that's next to the j-box?
Do those runs of flex have an equipment grounding conductor installed and properly terminated?

I see no disconnect for the well pump. Or even a lockable disconnect, plus that looks like a water heater next to the well. Same goes for that. You would need a disconnect for the water heater and depending on which code you are using, a locakable disconnect might be acceptable. What about bonding jumpers across the hot and cold pipes? Is there a cover for that big j-box? How about straps on the EMT pipe. Did Doug or I get what you were looking for?
