It is my Understanding the large consumer appliance repair persons need to have an Electrical Endorsement in the Province of BC.
Any Idea where i can find info on the net for this i tried looking at the safety regulation and standards but couldn't find them.

you are looking at an EA ticket or Electric Appliance repair ticket.
All qualifications are administered by the Electrical Safety Branch.

My Girl Friend Rents from her Landlord and he is famous for sending unqualified hacks over to do repairs .
Her Electric Range has many burned and cracked wires feeding the range top Elements.
I asked her to ask whoever he sends over that he is actually Qualified to either replace the wiring or if the Landlord should be suppling her with a Safe working Range.
