ECN Forum Forums Code Related Discussion NEC & other Code issues Emergency Lighting Transfer Time - Generator

I was under the impression that the transfer switch time must not exceed 10 seconds when a generator powers emergency lighting. NEC Article 700. I checked section 700.12.(B)and could not find it. Is it in another section or has it been rewritten?
