310.15(B)(6) for underground conductors

Is this table permitted for 3 individual USE conductors to feed an underground service to a single family home?

310.15(B)(6) mentions raceway or cable, but I'm talking about 3 copper 250 kcmil in a trench, feeding 2 150-amp panels.
This is in NJ.
