and yes, i've blown up strippers on a green 'hot' myself.....
similarly, the recent 'permanenty reidentified' 02' change could be seen as a color code comeback in this light.....
which makes me wonder if any safety factor considered via color codes existed more for the benefit of skilled labor, or for the general public.
