received a letter from Suffolk County Dep. of Health Services as of 1/1/2002 you will need to have a form WWM-075 filled out by an electrical inspector.This form includes both a rough date and final date.Stated on the form it is a misdemeanor to falsified this form.Happy to say the rules of rough inspections are now even more tighter now.
