Before my life as a sparkie/inspector, I was a lead guitar player in a couple of heavy metal bands in the early 90's in L.A.

Never did hit it big, but had a blast doing it. [Linked Image]

I still try to play at least a couple of times a week, but with a family it's hard to be in a band.
