Immediately upon entering the pool-house, install a PVC box on the 1 inch conduit. A 1/2 inch PVC conduit drain out the bottom, and the continuation of the 1 inch run out the top should fix the problem. Run the PVC conduit drain to the floor drain, or through the wall to drain like an AC condensate drain.
