Where we are wiring the builder calls in ALL inspectors, to include all rough-in, pre-power, and final's. But in-turn they pay all reinspection fees:-)
Mainly because a house will not be ready and they will go "Oh uhh, building final tommorow, I know it's 4pm today and you normally leave at 5pm, but I don't care need building final tommorow".
