Yes, the transportation of equipment from shop to jobsite must be tough up by you.
A lot of equipment is heavy, bulky, and may require a mode of transportation other then the 'work trucks'. The Greenlee kit was hefty, complete with a rolling gang box.
I can't imagine the $$$ to fly it to a site up by you.
