A tugger is priceless, if rented or owned. I bought a Greenlee Super Tugger package from a local 'mom & pop' supply house who actually repo'd it for lack of payment.
It was not 'used & abused'; everything that was supposed to be there was. I actually scored it for a great price.
The longest pull was at a country club, a little shy of 1700'; had to be 'one shot' no handholes. It was 750KCMil Al.
BTW, we also made up a lot of heads similar to you, and also used kellums baskets occasionally.
Another great labor saver is a 'one shot bender'.
