I don't know how many would remember, but we had 'Message and Conferencing' software for some time before we even had the Forum linked in the first post. (sorry no pics of that)
Not too many users back then, but I clearly remember the second post was made by Bennie Palmer.
The reason I remember that was because it was a complaint that no one had yet answered the first question posted there.
