In the spirit of compromise, I suggest that the entire world chnge over to 165v, 55hz electricity.
Ahh OK, 165V would be FAR too low here. I doubt there will ever be a standard voltage the world over, John, especially when you consider you guys are still using imperial electricity, as opposed to our metric electricity, it is the future!
