I have found out that most of the jobs you do not get are really jobs you do not want, if the customer is that impatient before you get there, what are they going to be like after you get started? My partner and I have only been at it for about 5 years, and have found out that scheduling and estimating are the 2 biggest hurdles. I handle all the business and i will tell you if we hire an employee he/she will be an office person, I can work my tools, its the office work that is a pain in the rear to me.
