Let's assume that this tent is truly temporary ... set up on Friday, wedding on Saturday, clean-up on Sunday, put away on Monday.
I can't see anyone setting a pedestal, or erecting a panel (at least in the 'ordinary meaning'), no matter how many circuits they want. I can imagine a long, fat cord from some convenient place, going to a spider box.
Just where does the padlock go on a spider box? Or, for that matter, where would you tie in the ground rod?
Sound far-fetched? Sounds more like a typical job site to me. (Well, maybe not the 'clean up' part
