Darren, This really both saddens and annoys me. How on earth, was a kid able to climb 10m (30ft) up a tower and contact live conductors?. Surely the railways safety authorities require some sort of barriers or shielding to prevent un-authorised access to their towers. This kid (if he survives the burns he has received) will be dis-figured for life.
