My company has several of the Greenlee hot boxes for up to 4" PVC 80 and for some reason they all have replacement cord caps on them (NEMA 5-15)  Nameplate shows 2000W @ 120V, and yes, technically a violation (all our extension cords are 12 or 10 AWG thankfully)
