I 'found' this part of a new construction job last Sunday. Going for a brunch cruise for a birthday for a friend.
Had to wait to board, so, walking around and curious as a AHJ....found the pad mount utility xfr....un-energized and accessable without the keys.

Low & behold....look at this quality workmanship.

IF I can get back there again, and with a real camera (this is from the cell phone)...more to come
