One thing that looks strange to yn Austrian eye: the wires enter the house anywhere. Here you either have a mast penetrating the roof just above the panel or the wires enter the facade just below the eaves and NEVER run along the facade.
In some old distribution systems the wires enter the facade just below the eaves and then run down inside the exterior wall to the main fuse.
