I was lucky enough to have a triple repaired. Doc cut a happy face on me. Left, center and right. It was out-patient surgury, and I felt fine that evening...then the drugs wore off! You are in for a very painful 2 or 3 days. Then do as they say...no heavy stuff for a month or more. It took me about 1 to 2 years to feel like I could leap tall buildings with a single bound. It will eventually feel OK.
