I would agree that each state should chop up their codes a bit due to geographic issues. What bothers me is when they do it for no reason...like MA and their amended table to 310.16...Gee, I didn't know electrons moved slower in MA!!!
I'll try to get more info. about state adopted codes as soon as I can.
