Maybe a continuing education requirement would be helpful.
Unless I doubled my rates, that would put me out of business. I guess doubling my rates would have the same effect. Heck, I'm struggling as it is. Don't make it harder on the little guy.
If I was well established, I would be all for it. Let me get my business off the ground first!
