It makes me wonder,why we have our N-E
bars tied together.
I was called out to a fault last week
that entailed me to disconnect the neutral-
earth link, to Megger between the open link, suffice to say, I received a 230V
shock, because the house next-door had an
open N-E circuit, probably what you would
call a back-feed,caused by a open-circuit
Neutral wire, run O/Head, that had snapped
in the wind, over time.
