I also have a transformer noise problem.
We installed three 300kva transformers 480v/208v. The installation of all three is very similar. Short primary feeders, long (200'+) secondary feeders.
Two of the transformers are relatively quiet, one is noticeably loud. Vibration dampers were backed out the same on all three.
Why is one louder than the others??
The load is light on all three, since the building is not occupied yet.
