Ahhh, DIY'ers are at it in Tennessee also, huh? 4&5th pics look like they belong with a post Ryan J put up... Someone tried to hook a panel "knob & tube" style with SE cable!
If the 2nd pic were here, it would have to had been approved by an AHJ to get the meter set...
