To paraphrase a famous movie "AHJ? We don't need no stinking AHJ."
Once you get away from a few of the larger cities in the Mountain State, there is no AHJ and pretty much no inspection, except for the service and only if served by one particular power company.
OSHA? They're too busy rousting people with money to pay their fines.
