When I was in school, I worked summers at a government physics lab in Batavia, Illinois. The physicists there had a problem that they'd be close to solving the mysteries of the universe in a blackboard discussion, leave for the evening with a big "DO NOT ERASE" on the board, and come back in the morning to a sparkling clean blackboard.

They discovered that the solution was to write "NO TOCAR" instead of "DO NOT ERASE". [Linked Image]

Perhaps "No storage in this room" is not being understood by those responsible for finding a place to stash that stuff?
