this was the first thing I noticed in the wording. The only meat (if any at all) this would have, would be to classify (by defining) all areas with in "Dwelling Unit Bedrooms" ie closets, bath rooms, mud rooms, etc... as living areas with in the space.

More confusion and fuel for argument.

If the comment is accepted by the panel and the TCC, I would think they would change the heading as well.
